Perinatal mental health certified, cannabis care planning and support Doula

As a Nurse with a background in public health, I felt called to birth work. My approach to Doula care is about educating birthers to make informed health decisions and advocating for my clients’ voice and choice to be heard. I work with my clients to ensure they are prepared physically, emotionally, spiritually, and socially, for the transition into parenthood by discussing birth plans, providing mental health support, and providing postpartum care. When I’m helping a client during their labor, I truly feel that I am walking in my purpose.
