My doula superpowers are a unique combination of intuition and adaptability. I’m able to anticipate the needs of my clients by picking up on shifts in energy or subtle cues in body language, while also being an adaptable, grounding force when things change or unexpected interventions are needed.

My favorite thing about doula work is that it allows birth to be seen as more than a medical event. It creates an intersection between medicine and humanity. Doula work makes space for the spiritual, emotional, and mental aspects of birth and honors my ancestors’ historical contributions to medicine. A bonus favorite is simply witnessing a human life being brought into the world—and getting to hold the cutest little babies!
