I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with a passion for helping families reach their breastfeeding goals. In 2023 I completed my clinical hours at Stanford Children's Hospital where I saw an incredibly wide variety of cases, from NICU babies separated from their parent, to bottle refusal, and everything in between.

I love starting our relationship during the prenatal phase so we can get you off to a great start. I also specialize in latching, supply concerns, and pre and post frenectomy care (to name a few!). I have a heart for serving families in unexpected difficult situations such as separation from their infant.

I always strive to provide evidence based lactation care delivered with compassion. My family is my heart - I live in Folsom with my husband and our four beautiful daughters, all who were exclusively (but not always easily!) breastfed.
